Michele Fedak is a paralegal in the Las Vegas office, having joined the firm in February 2026.
She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice from Norwich University, graduating magna cum laude, and later obtained her paralegal certificate from New Jersey City University.
Before moving to Las Vegas in 2023 and transitioning into the legal field in 2024, Michele served for 17 years as a police dispatcher in New Jersey, where she also served as president of her union. She takes pride in her strong work ethic and attention to detail.
In her free time, Michele enjoys reading, watching scary movies, visiting family and friends in New Jersey, and collecting as many passport stamps as possible.

David is an Associate in the Temecula office.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, David attended University of California Berkeley where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law after spending his first academic year at Pepperdine University School of Law. During his time at UCLA School of Law, David completed his specialization in Business Law, while also taking courses in accounting and tax. David was admitted to the State Bar of California in December, 2021.
